Udemy, the App Store, Stripe, a client retainer, the platform with no API. Drop in the report they gave you, or type the figures, and see the whole picture in one place.

Three steps, then you are done for the month

There is no setup, no connecting, no mapping fields. You type what you were paid.

1

Add a stream

Name a place money comes in: Udemy, the App Store, a client. Add as many as you have.

2

Drop the report in

Or type it. A whole year fits on one screen, and a CSV from almost anywhere lands in the right months on its own.

3

Share it, or don't

Private by default. When you want to show someone, one link does it.

Built for income nobody integrates with

Every other revenue tool plugs into Stripe and stops there. Most of what you earn never touches Stripe. Type it in once a month and it all lands in the same place.

Anything else too. If it pays you, it goes in.

Drop the file they gave you

Almost every platform exports a report even when it has no API. Drop that file in and it works out which column is the date and which is the money, adds up every row landing in the same month, and shows you the result before a single figure changes.

Or type it: a year on one screen, moving with the keys you already use. Paste a row out of a spreadsheet and it fills the whole thing.

Share it, or don't

Every dashboard is private until you decide otherwise. When you do share, you choose exactly how much it says.

Default

Private

Only you. Nothing is reachable, nothing is listed, nothing is indexed.

With a code

For investors and your team

A short numeric code opens it. Search engines are told to stay away and it appears nowhere else.

Public

On the web

A clean page anyone can open. Show the figures, or show growth only and keep the amounts to yourself.

Someone else keeps the numbers? Give them a code for that one business. They can fill it in and nothing else: they cannot see your other businesses, delete anything, or share a link. Turn the code off and they are out straight away.

One place for every business you run

Each business gets its own dashboard and its own streams. Above them, one view of everything together, so you can see which one is carrying the year.

Any currency

Type what the platform actually paid you. Everything converts to the currency you think in.

Rolling and year on year

Trailing twelve months to cut through seasonality, and this year against last, month by month.

It catches mistakes

A figure far out of line with the rest gets flagged, so a missing decimal point does not quietly become your annual total.

Questions

Is my data private?

Yes. Every dashboard is private until you decide otherwise, and sharing is opt-in one dashboard at a time. A shared link can sit behind a numeric code that search engines are told to ignore, or show growth percentages with no amounts at all.

Do I need an account?

No. Try it and you are typing figures in a few seconds, stored in your own browser. An account only matters once you want your figures on every device or want to share a link.

Can I import a CSV from Udemy, Stripe or the App Store?

Yes. Drop the file you downloaded straight in. It works out which column holds the date and which holds the money, adds up every row that falls in the same month, and shows you the result before anything changes. If it picks the wrong columns you can change them. You can also copy a block of months out of a spreadsheet and paste it into any cell.

Does it connect to Stripe or the App Store?

No, on purpose. Most of what people earn never touches Stripe, so a tool built on integrations quietly ignores most of your income. Typing twelve numbers once a month covers every platform, including the ones that will never have an API.

Can someone on my team fill it in?

Yes. Each business can issue codes of its own. Whoever holds one can add streams and edit that business's figures, and cannot see another business, delete anything, or create a share link. Turning a code off signs them out immediately.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Dashboards you publish carry a small link back to Reveki at the bottom of the page.

What it costs

Nothing, while it is in beta. Every feature, every business, every stream, no limits and no card.

Free, and meant to stay useful

Unlimited businesses and streams, every import, and sharing a dashboard with anyone. A free plan that is quietly crippled is just a long advert, so this one is not: the whole product is here, and what you pay for later is your own domain rather than permission to use it.

Later, one plan at $19 a month

Or $190 a year. Your own domain on shared dashboards, no link back to us at the bottom of them, and codes that let teammates fill in a business without seeing the rest. One price, one plan, no tiers to compare.

Support is not a tier

Ask a question and you get an answer, whether you pay anything or not. Charging people for help when the thing confuses them is a strange way to run software.

Start with one number

Open it, type last month's revenue, and you have a dashboard. Everything else can wait.

No signup. Works in your browser.
